Overview

The VOdS Luxe Beauty Affiliate & Partner Program is designed to build meaningful relationships with beauty professionals, educators, influencers, content creators, salons, and business partners who share our passion for helping others look and feel their best.

Participation in the program is subject to application, review, approval, and continued compliance with these terms.

Eligibility

Individuals or businesses interested in representing VOdS Luxe Beauty may be required to complete an application before joining the Affiliate & Partner Program.

VOdS Luxe Beauty reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or terminate participation at its sole discretion.

Approval into the program does not establish an employment, agency, or joint venture relationship.

Brand Representation

Affiliates and partners are expected to represent VOdS Luxe Beauty with professionalism, honesty, and integrity.

Participants agree to:

- Represent products and services accurately.

- Avoid misleading or deceptive advertising.

- Maintain a professional and respectful online and offline presence.

- Uphold the reputation and values of the VOdS Luxe Beauty brand.

Promotional Materials

Approved affiliates and partners may use official VOdS Luxe Beauty logos, graphics, product images, and marketing materials provided or approved by the company.

Unauthorized modification or misuse of brand assets is not permitted without written approval.

Commissions & Partner Benefits

Commission structures, referral incentives, promotional discounts, exclusive offers, and other partner benefits may vary depending on the program and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

Participation in the program does not guarantee any minimum level of earnings or referrals.

Prohibited Activities

Affiliates and partners may not:

- Make false or misleading claims regarding products or services.

- Guarantee product results or business outcomes.

- Use spam, deceptive marketing, or unethical promotional practices.

- Misrepresent their relationship with VOdS Luxe Beauty.

- Infringe upon the intellectual property or reputation of VOdS Luxe Beauty.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, branding, educational materials, product images, graphics, marketing materials, and other intellectual property remain the exclusive property of VOdS Luxe Beauty.

Use of these materials is permitted only as authorized under the Affiliate & Partner Program.

Suspension or Termination

VOdS Luxe Beauty reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation in the Affiliate & Partner Program at any time if these terms are violated or if continued participation is determined to be inconsistent with the values, reputation, or business objectives of the brand.
