Overview

The VOdS Luxe Beauty Professional Program is designed to support licensed beauty professionals, salon owners, educators, beauty entrepreneurs, and approved industry professionals through exclusive access to professional products, education, training, resources, and business growth opportunities.

Participation in the Professional Program is subject to review, approval, and continued compliance with these terms.

Eligibility

To participate in the Professional Program, applicants may be asked to provide information regarding their professional background, business, certifications, licenses, or other qualifications.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.

VOdS Luxe Beauty reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.

Professional Hub Access

Approved members may receive access to exclusive Professional Hub resources, including but not limited to:

- Certification programs

- Business resources

- Professional announcements

- Exclusive promotions

Access levels may vary depending on program participation and eligibility.

Professional Pricing

Professional pricing, wholesale pricing, promotional offers, and exclusive discounts are intended solely for approved Professional Program members.

Professional pricing is confidential and should not be publicly shared, advertised, or distributed without written authorization from VOdS Luxe Beauty.

Pricing, discounts, and product availability may change without prior notice.

Member Responsibilities

Professional Program members agree to:

- Represent VOdS Luxe Beauty professionally and ethically.

- Maintain accurate account information.

- Use professional products responsibly and as intended.

- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.

- Respect the integrity of the Professional Program and fellow members.

Intellectual Property

Educational materials, videos, training content, certifications, downloads, business resources, images, and other Professional Hub content remain the intellectual property of VOdS Luxe Beauty.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, or shared without written permission.

Suspension or Termination

VOdS Luxe Beauty reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate Professional Program access if these terms are violated or if continued participation is determined to be inconsistent with the goals, values, or integrity of the program.

Program Changes

VOdS Luxe Beauty may modify, expand, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Professional Program, including products, pricing, educational resources, benefits, or eligibility requirements, at any time without prior notice.
